Continuous Improvement Practices: Rule #4

CNC Spindle Repair Services

At Motor City Spindle Repair we work hard everyday on implementing continuous improvement practices.  Our continuous growth and customer retention proves this.  We do not just talk the talk.  We walk the walk.  That is why we use Rule #4.  It is very simple and heavily enforced within our organization.  If you have a complaint.  Great.  Complaints often lead to  progress but the key is remaining positive.  Brainstorm with your colleagues, keep an open mind, and focus on solutions.  A problem without a solution is merely blowing hot air.  It creates stress, drama, and negativity that will suck the life and energy out of any work environment.  The owners at Motor City Spindle Repair attribute Rule #4 to making us a better spindle repair company in all aspects of our business.  We are not perfect but we analyze how we operate and our customer’s feedback.  We learn from our mistakes.  We try to understand what holds us back from 100% customer satisfaction.  Then we make the necessary changes for implementation by it additional staff, training, testing equipment, documentation, machine tools, etc.

Everyone has complaints.  That’s life.  Work on solutions.  Help be a part of making your workplace a better culture.  It is where you spend a large portion of your time and draw your paycheck.
