The Machine Tool Shop? The Dedicated Owners or the rest of the staff that supports all of The Motor City Spindle Repair TEAM and keeps us firing on all cylinders? What makes this Team so difficult to define is that it is continuously evolving into The Best CNC Spindle Repair Company in North America. Four short years ago we had (7) employees. Right now we are buying a new building that will more than triple our size and help with the limited space we have at our current building. This December / January we are on pace to start processing 100+ cnc spindle repairs a month in Detroit, MI. After we settle into our new building MOTOR CITY SOUTH will be opening.

The Motor City Spindle Repair Team is packing up this January and moving just miles down the road to our new Spindle Repair Facility in Dearborn, MI.
Our existing building is still under lease until Nov. 2018 but we have out grown this building. Our current spindle repair facility will remain operational for months to come until the new facility is processing all new orders. This new 25,000 sq.ft facility is set up specifically for remanufacturing cnc spindle components with it’s dramatically expanded machine shop with full machining and grinding capabilities to keep nearly every aspect of the spindle repair process in house. Our customers need fast quotations, fast lead times and the best quality spindle repair services in the industry. Motor City knows the only way to ensure this is to do it yourself with employees that have worked for decades each in the spindle manufacturing and remanufacturing industry.
We are also expanding our Spindle Room to a massive 80′ x 70′ (5600) area. The New Spindle Room will include:
8 Spindle Repair Assembly Technicians
Experience Levels exceed 20 years for many of our spindle technicians and nearly all of them have come from major cnc machine tool or spindle oems.
Spindle Testing
All spindles rebuilt by the Motor City Spindle Repair Team are tested.
1 Year in Service Warranty
Motorized, belt driven, gear driven, 5 Axis Heads, high speed spindles ( up to 120,000 rpm) all tested and balanced in house.
***Our New Spindle Repair Facility will have (6) individual Spindle Test Stands.
