At Motor City Spindle Repair we run four Kellenbergers FULL TIME in our shop. Because of these machines we are able to GPG (Grind-Plate-Grind) all Spindle Shaft Tapers, including CAT, ISO, BIG+, KM, HSK and more! 

But what are we capable of? EVERYTHING!

We grind the imperfections out of the tapers, have them chrome plated, then grind them again. Along with 
our manual grinders and the K100, which is accurate down the a micron, we can GPG any tapers,
bearing journals, both ID/OD, etc.

We use AIR GAUGING as a fast, efficient, and reliable method of measuring. This has a repeat ability down
to the millionths of any inch.
