Kessler Spindle Motor Repair services Reverse Engineering new ball screws ball screw engineering manufacture new ball screws broken ball screw damaged ball screw

This Kessler Spindle Motor that no longer ran at the customers facility, so they sent it to Motor City Spindle Repair. Upon inspection the encoder was found to no longer work, which prevented the spindle motor from running properly. In addition, the encoder O.D. of the shaft was out of spec, so we did chrome and grind work to it. All seals and o-rings were replaced on this spindle to prevent any contamination of the motor in the future. The unit was reassembled by one of our Spindle Techs (with an average of 20 years experience repairing spindles). Once test run and balanced, the Spindle Motor was running like new.
