It has been a long month already and the spindles keep pouring in. We love our customers and will do anything for them. We are working lots of OT just to get you your spindles quotations as quickly as possible. If you happened to ship us a spindle in the last few weeks and it took a little longer to quote it than normal we truly apologize. We take great pride in our fast tear down, inspection and quotation process as well as our fast lead times. Typically we perform 65-70 cnc spindle repairs a month but so far this month we are well ahead of pace to process over 100.
Please note we have made commitments to stay the company that made us Motor City Spindle Repair. We recently purchased a 25,000 sq/ft facility to more than triple of capacity. We move in very soon and we will keep our existing building for a few months so there will not be any disruption processing orders. Motor City Spindle Repair has also hired a new CNC Spindle Assembly Technician from one of the largest CNC Machine Tool OEMs in the world and another CNC Spindle Assembly Technician from the worlds largest spindle manufacturer. That will bring our Spindle Room up from (6) Full Time Spindle Assembly Technicians to (8). But that’s not all. We are interviewing for more Spindle Tear Down Technicians and are looking for more cnc machinists, grinders, parts cleaners, and sales partners.
