Our unique machining and grinding capabilities allow us to cut grind-plate-grind time down in half for spindle components such as: Capto, HSK, ISO, BT, CAT, SK, Big Plus Tapers, Pilot I.D.s, Front and Rear Bearing Journals, Housing Bores, Draw Bar Shafts, Splines + more.
We have several Manual Grinders and high performance CNC Universal Grinding machines in our 4,000sf Grinding Room which allows us to grind the most diverse of configuration options.
While some repair facilities are incapable of grinding and repairing high end precision spindles, we are able to do both well because of our advanced machinery.
