Our Lucas boring mill is set up for large spindle housing components & our Fruenthal vertical I.D./O.D. grinding machine as a 48” table for large ID/OD grinding.
While some repair facilities are incapable of repairing or testing high speed grinding spindles, we are able to do both for spindles that run as fast as 150,000 RPM. Our advanced equipment and experienced staff of spindle technicians are more than qualified to repair any speed spindle sent to us.
Our staff of full time grinder technicians & machinists can also reverse engineer virtually any part of a spindle.
We invite your to our our 25,000 sq.ft Spindle Remanufacturing facility where we make and rework spindle components such as: keys, spacers, shafts, nuts & even some housings.
