What are the next steps?
First, attempt to rotate the spindle by hand. If it rotates freely by doing this, continue. If it does not, that means it has been actuated while it was in process or the bearings are damaged.
Second, check to see if the sensor logic is reading correctly and is accurate.
Finally, make sure the tool clamp and unclamp valve is not leaking anywhere.
