Many OEMs and 3rd Party Spindle Repair Companies have Spindle Techs with little hands on experience.  WE HAVE NONE!

All spindle components are re-qualified to the oem specification before assembly.  We do not simply replace spindle bearings.

All spindles are completed tested.  This includes a run in process that breaks in your spindle starting 5% maximum rpm.  We then increase spindle rpm at 5-10% rpm until your spindle runs at it’s maximum speed.  We measure vibration signatures, bearing temperatures, spindle motors, encoders, and balance so your spindle is Certified with a Full 1 Year in Service Warranty that we stand behind.  All testing procedures are documented and provided.
