The Hyundai Wia spindle came to our shop locked up. After disassembly and inspection, or technicians concluded that the bearings had failed. Another issue with the spindle was damage to the pulley. Parts were cleaned and the pulley was repaired, so it worked like new. Brand new precision steel ball bearings and tappered roller bearings were replaced in the spindle by one of our six experienced spindle technicians, with an average of 20 years experience. The spindle was then thoroughly balanced, so it ran smoothly, with little vibration. Our spindle technicians are quite confident that this spindle will run well for years to come.
