fANUC rOBOdRILL UPGRADES
If you send us a Fanuc Robodrill spindle to repair, we have the ability to do an upgrade on your unit to make it last longer in your machine tool. If you’re currently running your spindle at 10k rpm, we can upgrade it to run at 24k rpm by replacing the current bearings with a set of angular contact bearings.
We will also give you a FREE failure analysis report on your unit that outlines exactly what failed and why.
We are purchasing these broken spindles from end users all over the country. We are rebuilding them, putting them on our shelves, and doing direct exchanges with customers. Costs will vary, but your unit will be upgraded for less than half of what a new spindle costs.
