Motor City Spindle Repair is thriving even during this COVID-19 Pandemic. We attribute this to our exceptionally high customer retention rate combined with our aggressive marketing strategies and Partnernship with multiple Integrated Suppliers that dominate the Automotive, Aerospace, Agriculture, Mining, Gas, and Heavy Industry Markets.
Every employee at Motor City Spindle Repair has been called back to work except only a select few that did not meet our company philosophy. Noone took any form of paycut. In fact, many of our employees have received raises since COVID19 took hold of Michigan in March of 2020 and all employees have received monthly bonus when our Sales / Productive Goals have been hit which has been frequent all 2020.
All in all, Motor City Spindle had a RECORD year in 2019 and we are up over 16% in 2020 through the end of June!
If you look at our 12 years of history, we have NEVER lost a single employee. Not one. Ian Nash a Spindle Technician did leave our company for a period of 9 months. Ian had worked for the world’s largest spindle oem Kessler USA. He came to Motor City Spindle and after a few years was then offered a position with a world leading German Machining Center OEM. The grass looked greener but Ian choose to come back b.c he believes in our company, our ownership, our employees and what we are today, what we will become tomorrow and what we have always done.
Motor City Spindle Repair is not a perfect company. We do make mistakes. But we make far less than our competitors and we remanufacture spindles better than every Spindle OEM and Machine Tool OEM on the Planet. Just look at our growth and we are just getting started.
